Don’t come here for anything more complex than the flu or step, because the staff isn’t equipped to handle it. The nurses aren’t capable of taking your blood pressure manually. I was told they don’t have the equipment there to take it manually!?

Went there for nonhealing rashes, was seen by a physician assistant who gave me a bacterial ointment. Rather than making my rash better, it became worse. Not sure how they are with other ailments, but I guess it’s better to go directly to a dermatologist than here.

The wait time can very, it helps to use the App and book an appointment/fill out paperwork online. If I can’t be seen by my primary doctor and they recommend urgent care, this is the only one I will go to. I always get quality care and I feel like they take the time to help you.
