The absolute worst company! The drivers are good but the dispatchers are the worst ever!!!!! I gave them one star and that’s because they wouldn’t let me post without one

I wish I could give them a zero, I’ve been waiting for over 2 hours for them to transport my father from the hospital to rehab. If this is the norm, I will be having a conversation with the hospital about their contract with healthfleet.
Maybe you should tell van # HA33 when driving threw a school zone with the sign blinking 15mph they have to drive that not around 40mph. It was on York road at 2:30 pm and she didnt have her emergency lights on so no excusses..
Health Fleet Ambulance is a horribly managed company. It should be investigated by the Dept of Labor for the illegal and unethical treatment of their employees.
Update: I am pleased with the response from Healthfleet. They have cameras in their vehicles and were kind enough to share the video with me regarding the cutoff and lane swerving. Although I was in fact cut off by this driver, his …

I grately enjoyed Sytvie and Lior care. They were very professional and expressed compasssion for my situation. I pray that God continues to bless them in their journey through life. In the event this company is giving raises in the near future, I pray you select Lior and Sylvie for their dedication and hard work.
I’ve been a healthfleet employee for 2 years now and it is the best company I’ve ever worked for in EMS. Great coworkers, great pay, and management truly cares about their employees. We are consistently busy and the company is clearly …
Horrible!!!! They never arrive the time intended and you can totally forget about getting any apologies or explanations. My mother is diabetic and also suffers from multiple sclerosis. We had to wait over 2 hours after the dispatcher told me that the driver was pulling up in the parking lot.

I waited over two hours for transport from Temple outpatient back to a local rehab hospital the end of August. There was no supervisor to speak with after 5 pm. Later, no one from their office responded to my complaint. At the time, I was …

I was on my way to work this morning when I driver on city Avenue in Belmont almost crashed into my vehicle because they went to cut me off. I wouldn’t trust this company to drive you anywhere safely and securely. Tried to call customer service to resolve this issue and I receive nothing but a busy dial tone.
On the direction of Saunders House Rehab, an I’ll-equipped facility with dated, malfunctioning equipment, my father was unnecessarily transferred to the hospital without explanation. …

This place is HORRIBLE! This transportation is always late when it comes to picking up or dropping off patients. They should be ashamed of themselves.
