What pediatrics only has two dr’s and are gone for the day???? Seriously!!! You might as well shut the damn place down if they cant even be in the office during working hours! Transferring my kid to highland pediatrics, no dr’s on duty, get the hell outta here!
They always take for ever to pick up the phone. Somtimes i wait 30 mins somtimes i wait over an hour today i been on hold for 1 hour 27 mins n still waiting. Ive been disconnected and had to call back again. Its like they dont care how long u wait for

Needed urgent appointment from a Dentist and Receptionist checked with Dentists there and Dr. Venigalla accommodated us and provided excellent care. Staff and Doctors here are great and they provided exceptional service. No complaints on this facility.

Two receptionists were extremely rude and impatient with me today. They treated me like I was a baby. I didnt know it was so hard for them to just hand me the telephone paper to make my appointment. One of them made a sound that one does when someone is very irritated so I called later another place to make my appointment.
This is the worst service at Fall River. They asking about income,that is legal or illegal.my husband an I spend over 1 hour and to the end refused to have a cleaning. The medical people was so prideful. For 25 years have been in America this is a first time we see disrespectful treatment of people.shame.shame

Every time I go to this place they refuse care. They are the worst clinic in all Fall River. The department of Health should close this place and remove all licenses. They want you to make an appointment but never pick up the phone. If you get sick and need care they are never available.
Today was my first visit to the first health dental. I had a great experience. Everyone was so professional. From the dentist. Doctor Cerna to all hygienists and the receptionist. They all make you feel at ease. And take time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend going there.

I finally got provided a PCP waiting so long then my first visit my doc pulled her back out second visit she quit they never provided me with another pcp they told me to go to walk in clinic
I am dismayed to learn that Dr. Zeller, who for me is the best doctor in the clinic. He leaves and will no longer provide his services there. It is a great loss for the clinic. The person responsible for this loss should think better of it. Because Dra. Zeller, is an excellent doctor and above all very humane and empathetic.

The automated telephone system is terrible, no one answers. I was on hold for 45 minutes listening to horrible music. Does anyone work there anymore?

I use the pharmacy here and they’re great. They even deliver your meds for free if needed (to Fall River residents)
