  1. I called and made an appointment at the open of business at 9:40am. Arrived to check in at 9:30. I’ve been waiting for almost two hours at this point! Seems a bit excessive.

  5. I couldn’t even get past being on the phone trying to make an appointment. The rudest scheduler I’ve ever talked to. Questioning your symptoms like you’re lying about it. Just so unprofessional.

  6. Unnecessarily SLOW!! Bedside manner was also nothing they should be proud of. Went in for their walk in hours on a Tuesday night and sat there for over 2 hours before even seeing a doctor.

  7. The staff is excellent – Friendly, polite, and professional. I’ve been to a lot of different dentists and have received better care here than palaces that cost me thousands to pay for.

  9. Dr.Patrica Broughton abuses her position by giving patients unnecessary medications. I have called several times and complained about a patient abusing medications and they will do nothing to stop it. I will be filing a complaint with the state to see if they will do something. This doctor needs to lose their license.

  10. I literally took a day off to come and see a doctor because of the fact that you can come in after 5 and now they said you can’t be seen after 7:30 due to COVID.
