Great customer service and reasonable rates. They’ve come out in the middle of storms on short notice to fix lines, and their customer service is great.
I have been calling this damn company all damn morning and if it’s not them not answering the phone it’s either technical difficulties or any excuses possible they can make to not lend you any service!! Horrible customer service practices at this company.if you don’t want the run around I suggest you go threw another company.

Not only did I never get my bill in the mail they shut off my power and its been 4hrs after paying the bill power is still not on and I’m tottaly disgusted…what a monopoly acts like when they have all the power litterly…..
We haven’t had power in over 8 hours. I hope I don’t get another $300 light bill from this and I hope someone is trying to restore our electric. well. got another $300+ electric bill. definitely considering another provider.

What in the heck is going on!! Saying higher bills are due to cost of gas. Why is it just affecting HOT. I’ve talked to other folks that says their bills aren’t doubled!!!! In the past HOT has always been fair! This stinks!!
The phone payment system received an update and it’s absolutely frustrating and adds random numbers when typing account numbers and card numbers. The charges are also outrageous because we owed $600 in the winter during the freeze. I wish we knew what we were getting into before moving into our house
We set up automatic payment in 2019. Without any reason or authorization, they have stopped taking out the payment. They say I have to resubmit my application to protect my information, but they are going to have the exact same …
