Terrible service no tech service on weekends always goes down on weekends nobody cares they have some farm boys who think because they crimp a F connector on a coax they are a cable tech If you can find a different provider save yourself a lot trouble and do it
man it was baddd for a while then it got better. BUT this last weekend all weekend long it was out. no one answers the phone. bill comes right before its due and then late fee notices are sent out which is not cool.
On a scale from 1-10 I would give it a -10! Long outages are VERY common. As of this moment I am accessing the internet via my phone. It has been down for two days now and no end in sight. Always given the runaround when calling customer service. (Such as it is) Worst service ever!!
Really no stars but they make you put one. Internet service is horrible, customer service is not helpful or knowledgeable. Comcast xfinity needs to extend their service and put this useless company out of business.
Internet service is terrible. When I call in to tell them my service is down, they check our area and say well it looks like service is fine in your area. HALF the time we have no internet and I’m paying 89.00 a month for that. I must be crazy
Can NEVER stay connected. MS is atrocious. All they do is buy and their internet from Mediacom and just resell it as their own. The “cable” goes out frequently as well. They also cost more than their competitors most expensive option, Why would anyone choose Heartland Cable?
i had their wireless service and it was just ok. then i moved to a town wherre they were the cable service supplier, and i got their cable modem internet, its great. I haven’t had any problems. Would highly recommend!
internet is terrible , when u call them they will just tell u its your wireless router or that ur pc/phone/tablet isnt good enough and everything is fine on their end , even though the internet goes out everyday at 6pm til 12 pm.

if i could give less then a 1 star i would. TERRIBLE wireless service that is the equivalant of using my phones hotspot, cable is just as bad. We can barely connect to watch anything without seeing loading a million times. You definitely are not getting the speeds they tell you that you would get. Do not buy this terrible service.

We tried to have internet hooked up so the technician installed a new cable line but couldn’t get our new modem and router to work, and even when he used his modem it didn’t work. After the technician was told that there was already a hole in the side of the house for the cable line he still went ahead and drilled a new one.
