Took off work and made the long drive here to find my appointment had been rescheduled because Dr. Farhoud had something else to do. I wonder if I can charge Dr. Farhoud the “no-show” fee I’m sure he charges his patients that have something else to do. I’ll pass on Heartland Cardiology in the future.

I or people I have sent here for cardiac issues have never even reported being upset/disappointed/frustrated at any of the doctors or their staffs I’ve recommended. Professional folks in a growing field of medical care who do their best and rarely have to change directions once started. Not Perfect, but in top couple percent!
Unprofessional. My mom had a procedure scheduled at 530am. The staff called my mom and told her to check in an hr and 30 min early for check in. When we arrived the staff played crazy like they didnt know what we talked about and they wouldnt let us in.
My mother waited on hold for 4 hours to reschedule an appointment. They never did answer phone. Possibly because it was New years eve. You would think they could change their answer machine to relay that information if that was the case.
