We have been guest of theirs for 10+ years. In The last 2 years things have gotten drastically different for the worse. We are very unhappy and are moving banks.
Horrible customer service. For the idiot lady who called me “dude” on the phone earlier, this is why you are stuck at low paying job at your age! Because you don’t know how to be professional. I am switching banks.
New location is a big inconvenience! Second the answering service they have has never been able to resolve anything and last their hours are horrible 9-5 and then you call at 9 and still get answering service. Been a member over 11 years and it just seems to be getting worse. Defiantly looking for another bank.
Trying to open a account with these or even trying to get ahold of a person at the branch is 1 out of a 100 of getting ahold of somebody if you call them it goes to the outlet and even they can’t help if you leave your info with them it goes down the drain nobody calls you back and I work for heb
I’ve been with heb 4 years but the new relocation is very far and very inconvenient, and to top it off they only have ONE bank in SA, definitely moving banks.
The newer location is far and does not offer atm or drive thru teller compacity. Due to their being one location not centrally located it would be nice if they had official atms located around san antonio metro location.
The only reason I Bank here is because I can pull out money from any atm located inside an HEB for free. And that’s the only reason. All of the other 1 star reviews align with my personal experiences as well.

I used to think H.E.B was strategically incline to the need of customers and partners you are a bunch of dummy’s.
Poor customer service. Have to have multiple phone conversations to do small tasks like unblock purchases or do wire transfers. Unresponsive to feedback. Manager makes excuses. As soon as we are able we will be changing banking providers; we recommend anyone to avoid.

Will not work with people, no online payments available from outside accounts. Bad attitudes, not representative of HEB. Do not do business with them.
