They have been my son’s doctors since week 1 they listen to me and undestand my concerns. .
I tried to schedule an appointment because my child is sick and either the nurse’s phone goes right to voicemail or an automated voice says no one is available to take the call.
Front desk lost my paper, have no communication skills and are very uncooperative.
Called to say I’m late because I was snowed in the lady said u can only be fifteen minutes late so I told her I could be there in 5 minutes I’m on the way she said okay she’ll let them know I get there and another lady marks me as a no show and said I was told not to come
This place is always behind, never on time and the service is awful. Don’t recommend
