They are horrible, On top of the bad customer service in the unfortunate event that your electricity is disconnected they charge you a $100 reconnect fee ( Which is astronomical)that has to be paid along with the outstanding bill.. Talk about making it hard on the customer… smh
I tried calling and your dispatch was no help. Yall do not care about children or the elderly in the middle of a pandemic! You say one thing then all if a sudden it changes kinda like the bill.

Have had their services at two different residences. I think they are easy to work with.
Not had any problems with them. Typical outages from weather beyond their control.
Shares no information about an outage. Like when they expect power to be restored or even if someone is actually working on the issue.
