I called to try to set up an appointment for an acute illness as a new patient. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. They have one of the biggest practices in the area. Yet, they apparently don’t have the capacity to see patients when they actually need to be seen.
Dr Stanley Dunn is a fabulous doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. However, the staff answering the phones is not knowledgeable about their office or their jobs. I have been taking my daughter to this office for a year now and will be …
