Not very helpful over the phone terrible customer service. Don’t seem to want to help I just wanted some clarification but what I got was an attitude from a person who sounds like they hate their job.
Every time I have had to go in they are very helpful. Thank you Amanda, little acts of kindness make such a huge difference in peoples lives more than you know!
I mean the ppl that work in this place horrible ppl customer service is by far the worst rude ppl I mean do they see the reviews and we are actually paying these ppl to be rude and unhelpful there has to be a somebody hire up that will hold these rude people accountable for the horrible job they do

Always have had a pleasant experience with the office staff. But then again I am respectful and kind, and in return they are respectful and kind back to me. Just saying…. maybe all you complainers should be nicer.

The ABSOLUTE worst to deal with!!!! I can’t express enough how bad of an experience I’ve had with these people. If there’s any other option I would definitely take it, but i think they know there’s no other option so they act accordingly and take advantage of their customers.
A representative came this morning and changed the ball valve as it was leaking. I called yesterday and they were prompt in replacing it. He was helpful and polite. A great example and an asset to High Desert Water Co.

they dont send bills on time and they dont give u notice before they turn off your water.
Simple folks, pay bill clean water comes out of facet. Don’t pay bill????? Besides this helpful and friendly staff.
