  1. NO STARS – TERRIBLE SERVICE -IT TOOK 2 DAYS FOR SOMEONE TO CALL BACK AFTER AN ISSUE AND THEY REALLY DIDN’T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON OR CARE. WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR LOCAL COMPANY?

  2. Been dealing with this company for 5 years and every year their customer service has worsened. It’s to the point where they say they will put a repair request in and do not. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to get a box looked at. This company is ridiculous.

  7. This is the first local service that has such a poor manner customer services. I was trying to call to talk about the billing. They talk like they are trying to yell at me for canceling their services. Otherwise, great equipment with great connection.
