Worst bank ever dealt with will never do business with ever again they also repo vehicles for stupid reasons had a car loan and a signature loan from them was behind on the signature loan and yesterday they repoed my truck and want me to pay a little over $1800 to get it back screw them they can shove it where the moon don’t shine
my own financial institution can not cash in a savings bond for me! ? You could do it you just don’t want to and it makes me feel butt hurt as a customer (insert sad face emoji)
Love this bank. Staff are helpful. My only annoyance is the 24 hour automated system. Its down usually about 3-4 times a month. Very frustrating and inconvenient. But otherwise a great bank .
The staff is always very helpful, whether I’m taking money out of my account or asking a question about a loan. I also really like how convenient the new Mobile App has made depositing checks.

When I moved into the area a few years ago, the staff at this credit union went out of their way to make sure my account transfers went smoothly. I hadn’t been going there very long before they started remembering my name every time I came in. It’s so nice feeling like I’m not seen as a dollar sign!

Online it says that the Pottsville office is open but it’s not , I lost my card & canceled it but now I can’t get any $ out because there closed & I gave to wait 15 working days to get the new card . It’s 2022 it should not take that long
