We had issues with our service at first. Being out in the middle of nowhere and in a older home…its to be expected. When the company became aware of our situation, they went above and beyond to make it right.
HCTC has provided me with uninterrupted high speed internet at a reasonable price! The WI-FI works well with every piece of hardware I have hooked up to it!
Absolutely trash when it comes to reconnecting your internet missed my payment one time by a day, paid it first thing in the morning and it’s almost 5 in the afternoon and still don’t have internet. If I could get internet anywhere else I would.
HCTC has been fast streaming and uninterrupted service. When we have question we can either call or go into the office. Everyone at HCTC is very kind and helpful.

My experience was awesome. I was getting squeezed by my old provider down to less than 1 MBS. I am now over 50 MBS. All the difference in the world.
