What is wrong with this group? They keep unathorizing my appointments tests… They are the worst!
Horrible, they are terrible with any questions or help with authorizations. They sit on consistent authorizations when patients are waiting for their medication.
I would give 0 stars!!!! Horrible service with no help. I spent hours on the phone calling them back and forth for 5 months and they kept blaming my physician. I ended up paying the bill out of pocket because my doctor would not see me otherwise.
Hard to find a collective group of people that are less helpful. I’d consider changing insurance companies to not have to deal with Hill Physicians. Avoid at all costs!
This “business” epitomizes everything wrong with medicine. They are incredibly slow to respond to basic requests and when they eventually do, they make it abundantly clear that they hate their jobs and could care less about you as a patient. Avoid at all costs!
Worst experience with this group. The doctor was not able to join my appointment in time, I complained and the resolution was that he excluded me form his list of patients. That is the level of care they will give you. It’s not the patient that is at the center here. I wish there was a 0 stars possible as a review
