Over the last 6 years or so, both Oklahoma Heart Institute and Hillcrest has been my “go to” for almost all of my healthcare needs and I’ve never had an unpleasant experience when dealing with them. I’m very very satisfied and the community should be thankful to have them
What a joke! The most horrible place I’ve had to stay. No one really cares, they are here to make money and no one is here for care and dedication as a health professional. I even had some of the staff say they only work here for the money. …

Nurse Hayli was A++. Excellent Nurse! My condition made me swell and look like Jaba The Hut, and Nurse Hayli was so kind, sweet, patient & professional. Most everyone was good but Hayli was a standout! Didn’t care for the doctors that much and one aid’s attitude, it was clearly an effort for her to be nice.

They do not care about the safety of patients in the waiting room. If security tries to protect people they get fired for it. They’d rather let people harass people in the waiting areas especially if it’s white women doing it. Look up the security telling a Karen off. He got fired for stopping her from harassing other patients.
I’ve been a regular patient of Hillcrest and their wonderful staff of caring providers ever since my move to Tulsa a decade ago. Overall, the care I’ve received from the ER to visits with specialists to internal procedures to lab work has all been exemplary.

Everyone is welcoming and friendly that we have come in contact with. My husband is deaf, so it is nice to be able to know people are going to be considerate to him and accepting of my presence to help him interpret. So far, we have been pleased with their services.
The staff was great. They took very good care of mom in their burn unit; however, flowers weren’t allowed in her room so they were put on nurse’s station counter for all to enjoy. Unfortunately someone took them which is unfortunate as mom passed 3 days later.

I had my very first mammogram @ Hillcrest inside the Peggy Helmrich Birth Center. I was a little nervous but the nurse put me right @ ease. Very good service actually the best I’ve ever experienced at a medical facility. Wonderful people treat me as if I was family and I’ve been a patient for quite some time and will continue as long as they’ll have me.
The worst ER I’ve ever seen or heard of. That ER reminded me of a Hieronymus Bosch painting. Spent 16 hours there, and got sent home with a NSAID prescription. In that 16 hours they only admitted 10 people to be seen. Their were literally no doctors on staff overnight. Garbage institution.
This hospital is ridiculous. My dad’s surgery was scheduled for 12pm today with an arrival time of 10am. They did not take him back for surgery until 5pm!! They kept saying they didn’t have any clean utensils. This is a hospital. There …

For the most part people were decent. Unfortunately, I had to have my Foley catheter taking out and have another one put in. The new one was still having the same issue. They just generally seem like they don’t care a whole lot.

After a long expected wait sitting on the ambulance gurney in the ER waiting room, I was put in ER-10 room where I was treated like a king by the ER nursing staff. They were very fast, efficient, friendly, funny, and very attentive to my needs and complaints.
The visit was timely. I appreciated the fact that you hire special needs personal assistance in the workplace. The staff for testing were professional and did what they could to make the visit pleasant.
Went in to for an induction. Nursing staff was amazing. Although in the 4 days I stayed never seen a housekeeper. Food was cold most meals and never got what I ordered.
Just ignored in a room for hours with an extreme high blood pressure. Asked for a urine sample which just sat in my room for hours. Staff never regularly did blood pressure readings or give me medication to lower it. I was in a lot of pain. …
A Great institution that treats its patients with respect. I have had many poor experiences this year within the health care system, so it was refreshing to be treated like a human being by a professional team.
The ER sent me home last Sunday and by Monday I was diagnosed with pneumonia in both my lungs and I’m still in the hospital in St John’s. The ER at Hillcrest gave me breathing treatment sent me on my way after they got a normal x-ray test. I actually just feel like they didn’t do all they should have. Thank you
The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse assigned to us was very knowledgeable and caring. We could not have asked for a better experience.

The food could use some work. They had better food for patients when it was Southcrest.

This hospital was amazing. Drs nurses critical care and staff in ICU were fantastic. Over the last 6 years or so, both Oklahoma Heart Institute and Hillcrest has been my “go to” for almost all of my healthcare needs and I’ve never had an unpleasant experience when dealing with them. I’m very very satisfied and the community should be thankful to have them

Nurse Hayli was A++. Excellent Nurse! My condition made me swell and look like Jaba The Hut, and Nurse Hayli was so kind, sweet, patient & professional.

You hire ER doctors who don’t care about your patients and then falsify my medical records. A formal complaint was filed with the hospital and the Oklahoma medical board. Please avoid this hospital!!!
I was amazed at how organized they were. I had 2 scans done in a very timely manner. They were very professional and courteous.
I wholeheartedly recommend Hillcrest Medical Center for my medical care. I was treated as if I was the only patient in the ER. Everyone went out of their way to attend to my health issues. Nothing was overlooked.

Great professional care at the in-house rehabilitation center, would like to recognize the entire staff. Looking forward to the outpatient rehabilitation therapy follow up. Presently outpatient therapy at PT Solutions has been very helpful within recovery also.
Do not understand why I had to stay in the hospital for four days before surgery. Should have been able to come on the day of the surgery. Stay was unpleasant. Food was cold every day.
Everyone that helped take care of me and my little girl was amazing and so nice. Whenever I needed anything they were very prompt on getting it for me or helping me in any way that they could.
