These people are stuck in the damn stone-age. They do not take Debit/Credit or Online Payments. And they require you to have the bill-stub in order to pay. They won’t look your account up in their computers.
They are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. My family has had to due with out running water for about 6 months now cause of a water leak we didn’t know about that was under ground and they won’t help us to get it back on.
The people working at the Manchester office seriously need some CSR training. They are by far the rudest utility company in our area. Now the guy who reads the meters in the Hillsboro area, is very nice and helpful. Hillsville Utility …
Lost water pressure this morning, called office, told that they were changing meters. SURE WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE HAD A HEADS UP!!!!! Washing machine and dishwasher running. NOT EVEN A SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE WHEN I CALLED IN!!!! How RUDE!!!!
Over the phone paying and website site need fixing. And an update. Not to happy about you having to pay to pay online or over the phone when use the system a 8 yr could but together. Plz work on this.
The people here are so wonderful, helpful, and respectful. They are always greeting you with a smile as you walk in the door. Very glad I go through them.They always decorate for the holidays and it always turns out so great! Darlene is the most cheerful, wonderful, sweet, and out-going person. She is always so helpful.
Day 4 without water. Some kind of an update would be great. Post to Facebook or use your web page to update your customers on what is going on with the water and when it might be fixed please. December 27, 2022

This place and the paying options are ridiculous. Set up like a real company or fold. I wish I could get my water elsewhere.

Absolutely the WORST billing system. They dont have one at all. Stuck in the horse and carriage days. No consistency at all.
