  1. Horrible customer service! Seems as though they are not willing to go above and beyond for any of their customers. Do not have high expectations for customer assistance. EE’s are rude and not understanding.

  2. Terrible customer service. Errors on my account (on their end) have cost me over $100 in the past few months. They are entirely unwilling to help or find a solution. There is no incentive to help customers since there is no other option for water.

  14. I always have good experiences with the staff here. I love how they give you a call the day after if you forget to pay your bill. There’s a small charge but at least it warns me before cutoff and before racking up a reconnect fee. I’m very thankful for the quality of water and smaller company.

  18. Always very quick and helpful. When I had to set up services with my new home I called last minute to set it up that day. The previous resident was shutting off water that same day and instead of making me wait 24 hour they were about to just transfer services to my name so that I did not have to go a day without water.

  22. One of the most backward set ups to pay bills. It’s like stepping back in time to the 1970’s. Paying online yields a price gouging fee added to your bill. Bills cover two months, rather than quarterly. Wow.
