Go to any water company but this one. Horrible employees with a “so what attitude” even on their mess ups. When a gm was requested the “supervisor” said he wont call you back. Other options in the area are aquaworks, quadvest and montgomery county !
Customer service is horrible, unprofessional… I guess they were desperate to hire someone to answer phones for them and hired someone who knows absolutely nothing about , billing or customer service
Absolutely awful service. Water has gone out atleast once every other week for months now and the company doesn’t seem to care! Why would they, they have a monopoly on the area and do not care about their customers
Just the fees per month are over $100. That’s minus the actual water costs. These people turn the subdivision water off at the drop of a hat. What are we paying for??
I don’t do reviews because I believe that most people that do them suffer from a lack of attention or love to complain. I have called HMW many times needing help and they have always been more than helpful and never rude.
Turned the water off/during the day…in the middle of a pandemic! Why can’t they do repair work at night? Why is normal bill/no pool/excess water use @ $210/month??
super rude and they constantly try and screw you. i reported a leak in their part of the meter 2 years ago and they never fixed it. taking advantage of people and overcharging for water.
They love to shut your water off without notice then charge you 75 on top your bill to turn it back on. They say they do not have to give notice and you should monitor your water usage.
Worst water company I’ve ever dealt with! Never got a bill or disconnect notice in the mail so they shut the water off. We paid our bill immediately and early in the day, they wouldn’t send a tech back out to turn our water on the same day …

I also love that you put a boil water sign at the end of our road but many of our neighbors have not left their homes so maybe a call or text. 20 years of on time payments.Recent ice storm made us pay late (5 days ).got a cut off notice.No grace period? Wish I had an option.
