These people are impossible to deal with .they don’t seem to get the idea that not everyone has medicare .they also ALWAYS have to send something to the drs office causing an extra trip. I won’t go there again .

I came in to order a breast pump and the two men I dealt with were both very unprofessional, disrespectful, and unhelpful. I left the store feeling very uncomfortable and promised myself I would find an alternative route for my purchase. I will never return to this store again.
Excellent rating and job well done. I am from out of town and had an issue with my CPAP machine. The gentleman that dealt with me was courtious and listened to my needs. He went out of his way to help solve my issue and he did not charge me.
Absolutely the best for medical supplies! The sales people are experts and so helpful to care givers. It is great to see what you are buying. Hocks has everything from bath chairs to walkers to ID necklaces to beds, chairs, etc. You can’t go wrong here and the prices compare to the internet.

They went above and beyond to make sure my son had his ankle brace. We showed up after their normal hours and they opened up to make sure my son had his ankle brace and that it was fitted correctly. Saved us a second trip and him pain and discomfort.
