For a Co-Op they sure do experience alot of power outages. It can be a range of excuses.
Regardless it gets annoying when your working at home and electric is always going out.Over the last 7 years I have been through 2 generators.
Thank you everyone that works at Holmes Wayne Electric. You have such a thankless job but so important, you have all my respect and appreciation.

Very seldom had a power outage with Ohio Power, but since moving to Plain township 21 years ago, with service provided by Wayne Holmes I do not have enough fingers and toes to count the times the power has been off !

If you pay a deposit don’t ever expect to get it back. They will just keep it and apply it to future bills. They scam you of the interest on YOUR money until it’s used up. I get No interest on my 166 dollars .

We have been with HWEC since 2004, and I have nothing but good to say for them! We have needed new upgraded service and worked with them closely for business and residential service. Their prices are competitive and they work well with their customers. I have never had poor customer service or unfair prices.
