Do NOT get the TV service. It is Android Based and is slow and buffers all the time. We have never had this issue with our Roku and FireTV sticks. You can get all of the channels on their base package for free over the air. It’s not worth the trouble.

While the internet works properly, there is no reason whatsoever that it should take 6 weeks just to get a call to set up an appointment.
