My employer signed me up for direct deposit over 4 weeks ago,yet I still have to wait 3 days after everyone else gets paid to get a paper check,how long does it take people???? I WANT MY MONEY

I’ve been a business customer for 10 years & I’ve never had any problems what so ever! The bank tellers are always professional, courteous & friendly! It’s a very friendly neighborhood bank!
Ive been banking there for a few years now. The employees are the only reason I stay, they all know me by name and are very personable & friendly. I had an issue with credit card fraud and it was handled super fast. 🙂 I just wish they kept the Sunday hours.
The Holyoke Credit Union worked with me throughout the duration of my loan when I had a struggle here and there. Always understanding, kind and helpful.
Garbage bank. Have lost money belonging to my family on multiple occasions, avoid accountability at all costs. Fees for absolutely everything. Stay away from this dump.
HCU is very quick and easy to get a hold of during business hours. Donna helped us with the buying of our home as well as the ReFi. She is always there to answer a question or two even on weekends! We love HCU!
Overall horrible customer service. They treat you as if they were a larger corporate bank and not like they value your business. I’ve switched to Umass and the difference is amazing, they actually appreciate your business like a usual credit union unlike HCU. Stay away

The best credit union. They will help you when needed. The west Springfield branch as the best management there. The hole staff is great there .
