  5. very bad business practices. made me pay a sum of money and lied about why I was paying it. had to send my cpap back because of this. will never do business with them again.

  6. They never answer their phone, they never return calls and now my insurance is requesting that I return my CPAP machine because guess what…..they never got a response from Home Care Specialists about my usage. They won’t be around for long.

  8. Record-keeping not up to par. Keep sending wrong supplies. Hard to get to a real person unless you walk in to an office. Have been scolded twice, once by a general manager and once by an on call therapist for asking questions. Go elsewhere if you can.
