Horrible service I pay for highest grade of wifi and for 2 years it hasn’t worked right but everytime I call they say it will be 50$ to send someone out not including what they may have to fix but they don’t tell you that it just shows up …
We have been their customer for years, package deal, phone, internet and cable. They respond very quickly to technical issues, and their prices/service are much better than cable provider in McPherson.
Very Helpful, Great Service, I can’t find a thing to complain about. Their prices went up, but so is the cost of living. You can’t complain about a company wanting to stay in business. Especially when they go out of their way to make dure you have the best service possible.
So we fought getting internet through out the house. After a bit of an argument with the two ladies at the office they reluctantly sent a tech out. HE WAS GREAT. He got us fixed up and explained how to sync our devices. …
They are to expensive because there is no competition due to the fact they won’t allow it.
