  17. I’ve used all the different options and this has been the most consistent company for keeping to the schedule. I don’t care about all the other complaints mentioned on here, I just want my trash collected per the schedule. They do that.

  20. I just recently switched to Hometown Disposal from another provider, and today proved it was the best decision. We put out some empty boxes (large) that our previous provider kept leaving behind each week. They just wouldn’t take them. This morning Hometown picked them all up!!!!!! We are so THANKFUL!!!!!!!!!   29. Very service and bad business tactics. DO NOT USE THEM. They always send me my bill out late so they can get a late fee.
