Takes forever to get through to someone and I have YET to speak with a friendly person. Maybe one day Tradition will switch to another provider because this one is terrible.

  11. I just switched to DIRECTV, and the difference between them and Home Town Cable is like night and day. Their DVR would freeze and you could only record one show at a time. No whole-home DVR service was available and they had no cable card for TIVO. It’s a shame so many people in PSL are forced to use them because of HOA contracts.
