Customer service is horrible. The delivery man’s name is Joe….he was extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and find a different company to do business with.
Just spoke with “Norma” in the billing department, she was professional, informative and empathetic! Thanks for handling my situation for my mother with care and candor.
So far not impressed with the receptionist, they can’t even transfer to the right department. Nurses don’t call my father before the visit and the so called scheduling lady I just spoke with hung up on me. I’m only giving 1 star because it won’t let me post w/o clicking a star.
Horrible experience with the McAllen Branch. Office staff are very rude and not willing to accommodate their patients for their comfort in wound care services. Cassandra is extremely unprofessional, unethical, and lacks supervisor skills. She is a terrible asset to this office and a horrible role model as well.

Don’t care about patients needs
No one there follows up on needed care. They’ll blame doctors office for everything. Rehab facility chose this poorly runned place.
If I could give them negative stars I would. Such horrible company. Please do not use!
