Hometowne Energy is a locally owned and operated full-service energy provider in Western NY and the Finger Lakes Region. We deliver propane, home heating oil, diesel fuels, gasoline and kerosene to residential, commercial and agricultural customers. We also have a service department to handle all of your heating and cooling needs. Our service department provides service to residential propane, heating oil and natural gas customers, and sells and installs furnaces, boilers, hot water heaters, air-conditioning and humidifiers.

These guys are on the ball. I always get my fuel delivery within a day or two of requesting it. Also They make it very easy to request a delivery. They also offer a discount for prompt payment
Great company but they stop filling 20 lb. grill tanks at the house. It sucks when the state butts in.
Everytime I call in a panic, Scott always takes care of me and has my fuel out to me if not day of, next day. Good experience with sales and installation folks except the salesman told me they would not drive on my driveway to deliver fuel. I’ve called twice to remind them of my wishes, so far still driving on driveway.

We had an out of fuel emergency after hours on a weekend. Within less than a 15 minutes of my report and plea for help, the owner himself called me and took responsibility for getting our problem taken care of.
