  6. I had a double billing problem with Kaufman/HOP Energy. I posted on BBB website and the next day the rep of Kaufman called me and said it was their partner’s company who charged extra and they fixed the same day. Thank you!

  7. Awful awful customer service. Delivered oil that was never requested. Indicated I had a contest which was not the case. Had years and years of great service from Gordon Oil, it is extremely unfortunate that DDLC took over. They are horrible.

  8. I am receiving letters of charge for a service I have never used. I already sent email to this company, and finally I am receiving letters from the lawyer. I don’t need to waste my time on this. I never used OIL in my name where I lived. This is absurd.

  9. Delivery was made on time and everything went smooth. Frank, the driver, was courteous and professional, and conducted a thorough tank inspection before delivery. Would recommend Hop Energy for your next delivery.

  10. These people don’t know their a__ from their elbow! They double bill, their customer service stinks and I’m finished with them after my yearly agreement runs out. They have taken over Kosco’s customers and have ruined 2 companies in the takeover. I must not be alone in my feelings about them.

  11. Horrible frauds. If you order 200 gallons of oil they will steal 10 sometimes more gallons. Also, without your consent they will put you on a contract and when you confront them they will send you a bill of contract termination fee. Very bad company stay away.

  12. Awesome reps, and great company. COD market rates seem lower, but when you need the majority of the fills during the winter time, the market prices sky rocket with pricing.. don’t try to be a wiz and do it yourself, you end up getting screwed. Just go with a contract a lock in price.
