I had surgery on one of my fingers by Dr Karlen. Everything went very well and I just got my splint off yesterday. Finger is tender but it’s back to its normal configuration and is working well.
Everything was done in a timely manner. Ready for x-rays nearly as soon as I entered the building. Everyone, including the doctor was focused and kind.
I find the staff to be both personable and very professional. My surgeon was skillful and hus staff very accomodating. Would highly reccomend them for anyone who is fussy like i am.

The foot doctor I saw, continually dwelled on the fact I was overweight, not here’s how I can help you while you work on losing weight….not impressed. The Knee doctor was awesome, he was focused on getting the pain under control, as well as talking about starting water therapy.

Two minor complaints 1 I asked for paper work to be sent for first appointment. I never received them. 2 after seeing the Dr I waited in the exam room 10 or 15 minutes before I open the door and someone said I was free to leave which was not very professional.
