Utter garbage. I just had to call and pay a collection agency for a bill I paid two and a half years ago. They are completely incompetent and I’m glad I never have to deal with then again!
This company makes me wanna move out of hopkinsville. They screwed us over since day 1. And every step of the way. And when my husband was on the phone with a women while trying to solve an issue with was rude with him and hung up on him.
