USBANK won’t even send a bill pay to these jokers. Are they even legit? Customer service was condescending at best.
I work at a bank, great loan rates but don’t train their tellers or bankers well at all.
I am both a member and an employee of Horizon Credit Union. I am always so impressed by their professional values and desire to help the community. I am proud of my Horizon.
Worst customer service ever…multiple emails sent with nothing but the same automated response. They don’t want to help you if you have a problem and if you do get a response they just give blunt worthless answers. Never would recommend
Who would believe that in 2021 a credit union like Horizon would only keep 4 months of transaction data online. I believe in the credit union model over banks but this is completely unacceptable. It took over 20 minutes on hold to request a copy of a check from last year.
Do not do anything with this business. The are thieves. They threatened me with a $525 fine because the could not verify insurance on a rv we have finance there. We did prove we had insurance and it was dropped. Very unprofessional. We will be looking to get refinanced elsewhere. WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE……
This Branch is horrible. I’ve talked to a banker by the name of Liza. She is very rude and doesn’t care about the customers needs. I asked to speak to a manger she put me on hold then hung up on me. I definitely do not recommend opening an account here.
HZCU is hands down the best credit union I’ve banked at. The branch staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they have great product and services, and their online banking platform seems to frequently get new features to better my experience!
