  5. The website takes 5 minutes to download, THEN if you need a doctor, they give you the wrong doctor for the practice, THEN the doctor can’t be found, You then call horizon they will have to add that doctor manually’

  6. At least 90% of the doctors listed do not accept the insurance and have tried to have their info removed. Keeping them on to make it look like a functioning system has to be fraud.

  7. By far the worst insurance ever!! I have to called them every month because there’s always an issue! And the representatives never know anything until you speak to someone hirer than them.

  12. Every specialist (neurology, cardiology, credible therapists, competent physicians), have dropped Horizon NJ, due to non-payment. Due to PTSD, panic anxiety issues, etc., I’m stuck with substandard healthcare. Lost the best primary physician I had.
