6 month wait to see a doctor. Go elsewhere, they clearly don’t want your business.
Staff call me with a attitude right away accusing me of calling too soon for refills even though my doctor advises me to call a few days in advance for refills but when I call because I need to talk to doctor no one calls me back, very unprofessional and rude.

Stopped going there years ago their staff was super rude, caused stress to my visits. Should have stopped going there after I reached adulthood. The doctor I was seeing there overmedicated me to the point where I went in the hospital.
Worse place to every go. The staff are unprofessional and lie about what they treat on their page. I found out in a session that the counselor does not do couple counseling and on her page it says she does.

The intake person, who is every new patient’s first person to encounter, is EXTREMELY rude and condescending. People looking for mental health don’t need more stress added to their lives! Very disappointing!!
Don’t bother as I was referred by my Doctor and spoke with the intake department and have left message after message without the common courtesy of any call back.
Took 2 years to send me a bill for a service I never had. They said they were going to send it to the credit agencies, but that should’ve already happened. Then they tried to barter with the price of the bill. Maybe it’s because I don’t owe them any money.
