Great company to work for!
Terrible service. Fraudulent billing.
The people here are super friendly!
The bill payment option sucks, worst service.
web site never works.. Can’t login to the account..
in response to lawrence severn trent does in our subdivision. not uncommon
High service efficiency, good attitude, timely solve problems for users.
From the supervisor to the employees they are very rude. They do not know how to talk to people about their accounts and always lying about the supervisor not in.
You get this rating for the amount of fees yall charge. How are you gonna charge double the fee for doing the same thing?
Fees everywhere! You go leave the payment on time, they post it days later making it look late and giving you a late fee. Customer service over the phone sucks and the payment collector woman at the phisical place seems to be in her nasty period every day.
Antiquated technology and unjust billing. They randomly add fees. Use the same amount of water 2 months in a row, the bill goes up. Use less water, the bill goes up. Use more water, the bill goes up. Makes no sense.
Customer Service is terrible. Really wish I could change my services from this district!
Almost 2 years later the services have improved but online payment center still needs help, only time improvements should be made but overall better from my last review.
My water bill has been $73 dollars since I’ve been here n i been living in my home since October 2020 all of a sudden after the snow storm its $125 n I went and brought water we couldn’t even use the water for a couple of days..n wen we could we use the same amount of water I’m not understanding this
I find it incredible that any other company will not charge you a fee for using the automated payment method, but Fort bend MUD165 charges a 5% fee for using the automated payment. That’s plain stupid ! And why close at 4:30 pm instead of closing at 5 or 6 pm? Plain stupid!
Truck #18048 just nearly rear ended the car in the lane next to me, then almost took off my front bumper as it changed lanes far to close to both vehicles (as we where already going the speed limit I’m not sure how he could not have been …
MDS requires a ridiculous $100 deposit for everyone that sets up service in my area. I have never had to pay a utility deposit before and I do not want to have $100 tied up with MDS until I cancel my service. The payment fees look way too …
I have an AutoPay and Paperless setup for my water account. The same credit card is always valid for the payment. On 7/13/2021, a delinquent Water Bill Notice was posted on my front door when I was out of town. No email notice or statement …
Predatory billing practices. Will double Bill and turn off water without cause.
No 0 or negative stars to give. Must be investigated. Not clear who owns and/or operates this company. But it is us, the people, that through our tax money pay for the MUD and the water company. So, they must be held accountable. Agree with …
Wish I could give Weston Mud zero stars!! I have paid my bill in full & on time for 19 years – in the same house. I just got my monthly bill & I was charged for last month’s bill, $25 return check, late fees, and the usual month’s charges. …
They don’t seem to know how to run a business. Our old company cut over to them, but we’re missing online payments payments features. I’ve been hung up on customer service after asking about online payments options. They blamed the cutover …
Destroyed my yard, plus left trash everywhere, when you put a manhole in the middle of my yard WITHOUT written notice in advance, which you’re legally required to do. Came early morning mid week, knowing no one would be home, because if I …
