One of the most backward organizations I have ever had this displeasure to encounter. Top heavy with administrators leaving few to do the actual work. No provision to pay online, still have to pay by check, and they can’t even get the name correct on my bill.
They are the kindest people and most helpful to not only there customers but also admire there community charity work and informing everyone of any risk they feel is unsafe to the public regarding regulations on the drinking water in general. They respond to any emergency ‘s . Great Service always!

After not charging me water (base pay only) for 2 and half years i got a $900 bill, luckily they gave me a payment plan. they finally changed out the meter (6 months later) and still only provided a base pay invoice again.
