Bad mouthed by check in staff for bringing to the attention of the triage nurse a toddler that had head trauma with blood from the nose. They have no sense of urgency for trauma or criticality of patient care with trauma or any sort of accident. Make the drive to Macon or Perry. A single star is over rating this hospital.

Slow…care seems fine but preparedness is lacking. Had an appointment in the IV care section. Appt was at 9, arrived on time and went straight back. Meds still had to be ordered and delivered.

I am a former employee of the chief of staff at The medical group of central Georgia. DR.Al Shroof..I left employment there only to have my last paycheck direct deposited and then taken right back out of my acct the very next day!! I really think HMC needs to examine thier Chief of Staff.
