Worse service ever- in the drive through instead of saying hi how may I help you! They want to assume your gender first- this is the second time I’ve been addressed as a man. I am livid at this point just because they see a hat doesn’t mean there’s a man under it! Get your act together or leave this business to the professionals.
Never know what they are doing. It seems as though they have nothing but teens working there. Almost always have an attitude, such horrible customer service. For a bank you’d think they’d be more professional, but they are far from it.

04-21-2020 I just called Houston Highway Credit Union for assistance with a refund check because of a COVID-19 trip cancellation. I am an associate member and was told they are only assisting members. Because of COVid-19 the lobby is closed and they will not allow me to use the drive in. How sad!

Been a member at hhcu for quite a few years now and I have had several other bank accounts at the same time. Hands down hhcu is my favorite to do all of my banking needs, the only thing I am disappointed about is that you can only Mobile deposit $5,000 a month which is incredibly low with today’s inflation.
