  11. I called the HMFCU Promise Branch for help with login in to my account. Perla from this branch was so helpful, and she stayed on the phone with me until I was able to login. She had a lot of patience and never sounded irritated. I am so happy with the costumer service I received from her today!

  12. Incompetent, rude thieving scum. Made a payment ahead of schedule, but on the due date, took out another payment, and refused to refund my money. These reverse bank robbers were very rude on the phone, hung up on me, and used a racial slur.
