Have been a member since 2001 and while we’ve had a few outages (what COOP doesn’t), the service has been reliable and consistent. The front office has always been kind and patient which I perceive speaks to the culture and the leadership in Fayette – that’s just not the case at other smaller cooperatives. Very well done, guys.
