Howard Property Management is a responsible, professional, and very responsive management company. I am on the HOA board, and I can attest to the quality of service they provide.
Find another company and run fast! Despite high fees, they do not respond to phone calls and are clueless on the neighborhoods they manage. Zero conflict resolution skills and some terrible attitudes at this place.
They do not return phone calls even when they send out letters giving you their phone number. They send harassing collection letters to property owners after they have made the requested modifications to their property.
