Said 2 weeks install for power and took over 6 weeks. USPS delivered payment late and we were blamed. Then turned off power when we didn’t even get a bill due to usps mess up. They don’t care at all. Customer service lady in billing was also rude. Charge a fortune for someone to flip a switch to turn on the power.
