I can’t sign into my account, because the verification email doesn’t get sent. I’ve been on the phone with them almost an hour. Incompetent agent, incompetent company. Agent says everything good on his end. REALLY, then why don’t I get the verification email. USELESS!!!!!
Horrible phone answering system: especially for new account inquiries. No longer recommending this institution due to its stupidity re customer service.
Same with other reviewers. Impossible to get hep over the phone. There is money missing from my account and cannot get an answer. Horrible customer service
” ZERO STAR ”
The worst Bank EVER. They try to ripoff the customer as much as they can. I needed to check Google review long time ago and relocate my money to other place.
We needed to cancel my wife’s contribution to her HSA because she turned 65. The person on the phone was very helpful and stayed on the phone over 20 minutes to walk me through the process on my computer.
Fees are outrageous. $7 a month no matter how little you have in your account–more than triple the fees I have with another HSA. To add insult to injury, they charge you another $25 to close your account.
Absolutely horrible! Trying to reach someone at HSA bank is impossible! I’ve called 10X and no answer during normal business hours and every time you call you have to go through the full prompt messages. Terrible.
Absolutely brutal, customer-hostile call system. Beyond painful to deal with over the phone. Just an endless call tree spouting time wasting useless information. …
Terrible customer service. Sat on hold for 35 minutes before having to giving up. They screwed up transferring my account balance to my new employers provider which we had way too much time invested just getting that started.
My kids will never get their dad time back.
ZERO google. It is a number. So this place is the worst and their first day claim I don’t have an account there then they claimed the account is too old then they claim the account can’t be reopen then they claim they can’t see it so which is it and why don’t I have my money

“Maintenance fees” are disgraceful to the customer. Every other bank would give you interest back.
I am about to contact the BBB if they do not release my money after many attempts. Do Not trust them!
I would highly recommend HSA Bank to anyone! They have so much to offer, check it out! You won’t be disappointed.
