  1. I can’t sign into my account, because the verification email doesn’t get sent. I’ve been on the phone with them almost an hour. Incompetent agent, incompetent company. Agent says everything good on his end. REALLY, then why don’t I get the verification email. USELESS!!!!!

  4. Fees are outrageous. $7 a month no matter how little you have in your account–more than triple the fees I have with another HSA. To add insult to injury, they charge you another $25 to close your account.
