  2. I am a former Premier customer, avoid HSBC. Very poor customer service, can never get through on the phone, staff is outsourced overseas, and this branch in particular is very disorganized.

  4. reported my debit card missing at branch and was told it would be closed and new one issued in 3 – 7 days. Waited 10 days and then called hsbc. 1 hour on the phone to India to discover it had not been cancelled at all and it would take 10 days to replace.

  5. They closed downstairs where all the tellers were & the one’s that are upstairs move so slow (like some of us have all day and nothing else to do) shouldn’t take 30min to deposit one check smh

  10. Avoid if you can. Despite this being the “flagship”, the wait is incredibly long for the simplest service. Even when there is no other client, I had to wait almost 30 minutes while their staff just ignored me and chatted with each other.
