Are you serious? It’s 2017 and not only do you not have a way to pay bills online, you don’t even accept credit cards or debit cards? What a ludicrous joke of a company.
Pretty expensive utility. I pay the same time every month, on the due date, yet multiple bills I have received have a carry-over balance from the previous month. I typically ignore and pay the current month.
HSE Utilities is probably the best utility company that I ever had- (almost 30 moves from military and after). I really appreciate that they had the foresight to invest in fishers infrastructure long before Fishers became big.
It is 2018 and they do not have a way to set up automatic payments online. I asked if they could create that and was told “yeah, well I hear that 25 times a day.” If you have 25 customers a day making the same complaint maybe you should do …
Terrible website, charge way too much for this service and do not have a way to do auto payments. They also charge you extra to pay online with a credit card but do not have a way to pay direct from a bank for free. Yes we understand that …
What a joke… this website looks like it was designed by a middle schooler. Won’t validate my account to allow online access to view and pay bills. and the only solution is to email some random 3rd party bill pay service. I really hope …
Horrible experience. No auto payments, steep fees. Get sent a lovely collector’s letter about outgoing fees owed. Told them that I sold my house in May 2021, lady said she would fix the service charges but never did. Kept getting charge and now threatened to being sent to collections. Tried calling but difficult to get ahold of someone.
You can’t view/pay your bill online???
Told me to call someone else and was not able to offer any additional information.
I called to ask if service was available or soon to be available in my area and was told to call 811….

It is 2021 (almost 2022) and it is unacceptable to not have an automatic payment option to withdraw from your bank account for a reoccurring bill.

Ridiculous company in policies and customer service.
