Poor service!!!
Slow
Follow through not reliable. Be sure.to contact them again.
On hold for 20+ minutes at 8am. Never got an answer.
Always quick
Fast service. If you come early. They have WiFi .
People at St John are nice and understanding. Great job !
May wait but this place is so convienent and needed badly for some of us at bad times. I hope it never closes.
Our primary care physician is at Priority Care, and we trust him and his nurses implicitly.
Don’t waste your time.
Went here recently and was pleasantly surprised. Very good care.
Said don’t talk blue cross blue shield. Other part of st John take.
I was treated like a drug addict . Dr Bashier made remarks that suggested I was shopping for drugs . The one star is for the receptionist . Sincerely, Randall L Hatcher .
Great service. I can either make an appointment or walk in. Walk in can be awhile but I usually wait on your 1 hour or less depending on the day of week.
If I could give them a zero I would worst place to ever go to don’t know how to do there job at all
Everyone was really nice and when it comes to phobias of needles, they make sure youre taken care of 🙂
Went in on a Sunday nite the receptionist was nice the Male nurse was amazing the female doctor was mad we came in for a tooth issue we heard her say( he is here for a tooth) then I asked what medication are you prescribing for him she got …
I have no complaints. We usually do not wait long, and the Doctor’s are very caring.
The people are very nice, but COVID breeding ground. Nothing being cleaned not offering masks or hand sanitizer.
Receptionist, that’s sits to the left with dark hair when you walk in is a rotten, unhappy person and a witch. No, respect for me or anyone and a personality of a worm . Everyone, complains about her. She should be fired!!!!! Doctors, …
Visited HSHS in Nov 2015 for a scheduled physical. My wait was short and the nurses and doctor attended to me professionally and promptly. This place is clean and a good choice for urgent matters as well as scheduled visits.
Google said 9pm close… Door says 8, which is correct. Arrived in pain at 8:05… Monitor your online presence!!
I would never recommended or be seen at this place again. The service sucks. They diagnose you wrong or they prescribe medication they don’t send over to the pharmacy.
Whole staff and nurse practitioner Deborah were very kind and thoughtful. Visit took less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
I took my 6 yr old daughter in 10 minutes before they closed on a Sunday night and they were very helpful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were seen quickly and out in no time. Michelle, the nurse practitioner, was wonderful with my daughter.
No no no! Office hours are awful for the word priority to even be apart of their business name! The staff is kind but all could go back to school. My daughter was misdiagnosed three times. Exhausted and really displeased with their service and “care”-Don’t even bother!
We have been here on multiple occasions. I appreciate their extra hours both early and late. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the the building is always very clean.
Update, have now been sitting at Walgreens for over an hour and a half waiting for prescription to be called in. Called dr office twice, finally talked to a nurse, she said Dr. Fayhe hadn’t put it in the system yet! He is WORTHLESS!!! …
I came in complaining of wrist pain. The doctor saw me for all of two minutes. Had me move my wrist in different angles and then there was a loud pop. The doctor then left the room and had the nurse get me a brace that did not fit but she …
You are not the priority at Priority Care. I was told by the receptionist there was not a wait for walk-in and was then left to sit for an hour. Once I was called back into a room we were left to sit for an hour and 15 minutes. Once the doctor came in the exam for my daughter was a joke. Aweful
I went in after work. Expected to be in there for an hour atleast, in and out in about half an hour!!! All the workers were great and helpful on pain management ideas until meds kick in. Will take myself or kids there any time I cant get to my doctor!!!!
Worst place ever the ladies at the front desk were amazing but the doctor how ever I have zero respect for. I literally just walked out because of how I was treated. I went in over a damaged finger and he wasn’t even going to run x-rays or …
This place is a joke my husband walked in with a hole in his leg and it wouldn’t even see him. You better not have the wrong insurance and it won’t let you pay cash and they was rude at the desk
The staff for occupational health were very rude and it was too early in the morning to have a bad attitude. If you do not like your job or people. You’ve picked the wrong profession! I should have selected a occupational health office that …
Staff took good care of me while getting X-Rays done. The wait time was pretty long, but they explained why it was so with caring service. …
I was in and out within an hour. Karen the nurse was very nice. Dr Bitar was wonderful ! The receptionist was helpful. The building was clean. I would definitely go back again. Thank you for the great care!
I’ve been at this place for 2 hours I’ve watched 20 people coming and out of this place and they put me in a room for another 20 minutes and I walk outside and see everybody to sit there looking stupid not no help not for nothing on a …
My experience as a veteran seeking care outside the VA Health Care System has never been better than it had been while seeking treatment last night from the HSHS Priority Care Clinic. Each of the staff were courteous and respectful, …
The staff was very kind and accommodating. The office is clean and welcoming. I appreciate the warmth during these difficult times. Thanks
Very slow on weekends, they keep changing wait times on screens,(3hours) tell people to come back in an hour, tell people to go to another location in Meijer’s grocery store because there is little wait. If you aren’t going to staff the …
I usually have good experiences here but not tonight. The receptionist did not know what she was doing and was rude and told me you billed your insurance for your physical and not your employer yes employers don’t pay for you to get a …
Extremely fast and the most friendly medical field staff I’ve ever dealt with. Very impressed
I understand having volume and a large amount of people to serve with little help in the current health service employment crisis, but if I’m required to come take a drug test at your screening facility within a 2 day time frame and I am …
One location open on a Sunday with one receptionist working. Got there just a few minutes after opening, the line was already long and not moving. Stood in line for 10 minutes before leaving because the same people who were at the desk when I walked in were still trying to get checked in. Not my idea of “priority” care
I went in for what I’m sure was an ear infection. I was told that there’s no redness ans that it’s just an allergic reaction. The doctor I saw wouldn’t even listen to me when I kept trying to tell them about the soreness and itching and …
I came here for an ear infection. I used the online Save My Spot, which was easy to use, and was back in a room in 5 minutes or less. Chris was the first person to help me (ask why I’m there, take my vitals, etc.) and he was absolutely the …
