HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital Reviews ( 134 )

  1. I used to love this hospital but now I hate it. The nurse tonight was interogizing me and telling me I needed to be violent to my child. She called my son a little jerk. Very unprofessional and uncaring.

  2. I would give the HSHS & ST Joseph’s ER’s a -10 and would never go there again IF the same DR’s were working it.

  3. I have never in my life waited so long. Everybody who has come after me has gone before me. I’ve been waiting over two hours on the waiting room in excruciating pain and unable to walk or even eat. Never again

  4. Worst doctor integrity I’ve ever witnessed. Seriously this place is asking to get sued, it’s like everyone working there is required to take a Xanax before their shift.

  5. Extremely displeased with this hospital as they closed urgent care early; purposely and knowingly shut the door in my face. Only one open on Saturdays as someone who seriously needs a prescription this upset me.

  6. My mom was in there for over 3 months she is still in and out due to her condition but things are getting better everyone has been great they treat us like family great experience even during this horrible time in our lifes

  7. Possibly some of the rudest people I’ve talked to.l, certainly wouldnt refer to them as medical “proffesionals” more like idiot quacks charlatans and busy bodies. Stay away from this place unless you want a huge bill with poor treatment.

  8. I personally go too Mayo Clinic’s.And Mayo hospitals.

  9. When I was seen there when I had really bad strep throat and a high fever and a really high pulse rate they did everything to bring down my fever and pulse rate and made me feel really good, the male nurse that took care of me was amazing and made me laugh when I was in pain I enjoyed the stay I had there

  10. Medial hep laughable prices overbearing get more help from Marshfield clinic and Google should hire more medical professionals then preachers and college want a be and actually help those who come in like Marshfield dose I’ve had sinus …

  11. I’d recommend going to Mayo or Marshfield Clinic. The doctors here run a test on you and then retire the next day (Only sharing a personal experience) so no one knows what you have going on. Guessing the bill won’t get lost or retire.

  12. I’m currently here right now for mental health issues and I can say every nurse I’ve had and doctor have been so nice it’s clear the staff here go out of their way for there patients I will definitely be coming back if I need help

  17. Mess up how they tell you that if you need anything just call and they will give you answers. Not true at all. I ask for advice on my daughter and they could not give me anything. Not a happy mother right now with this hospital. Made my choice not to have my kid there in August.

  18. With all the hospitals in town they should really step up there game. The doctor heard what was wrong with me second hand. I guess that’s how they do things. I was never checked out like look at ears, throat, etc… The doctor brought in 4 …

  21. Very difficult to receive the care sought after. Had to beg for pain medication with a broken ankle. After an hour of constant pain I was given an Ibuprofen. When being sent home I had to beg for pain meds. The staff was friendly and full of smiles. Sadly that’s did not translate into their method of practice.

  24. I received good care, and felt that everyone I had caring for me had my best interest in mind. I wish medical care didn’t cost so much, but then again we live in the USA where all medical care costs so much. The care I received was good.

  25. They gave my son meds he was allergic to, as written in his charts. They administered them to him anyway, causing life-threatening seizures. Nobody would take responsibility, not even the hospital supervisor who was supposedly in charge. The hospitalist was a joke. NEVER again will any loved one be brought here.

  34. My husband had a 1% chance of surviving open heart surgery. His “TEAM” at Sacred Heart saved his life! The doctors, nurses, entire staff go way beyond the call of duty. An amazing hospital!

  35. Only place they do Covid-19 testing is in the Emergency Room. No other part of the hospital do they allow covid-19 testing. They will NOT waive the emergency room fee for Covid-19 testing because they care about maximizing their profits over keeping people safe. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOSPITAL!!!!

  60. Only 2 visitors allowed at a time. Must wear a mask. Almost like a ghost town after hours. Had a little difficulty between directional signs and where to go. Nobody but 1 person on first floor. They seem understaffed. Very nice nurses, the two we met but calm chaos on things that need to be done.

  66. Terrible hospital and staff. Give them paperwork for short term disability and they won’t fill it out or respond to you when you have questions as to why. Carolyn Hellman is very unprofessional and didn’t even supervise the resident stitching my finger. I’d go to Mayo over Sacred Heart if you have the option.
