Absolutely terrible customer service. They don’t communicate with customers when they decide not to pick up trash or recycling and try to tell you they will do pick ups free of charge when you have already paid. Wish there was another local company but since there is not we are considering doing our own dump runs.

I think it’s amazing that when they notice the trash can they just set down fell over that they picked it back up. They also waive at my girls who are young and curious.
Hudson Garbage has always been great to work with, whether it’s my error or theirs, eg.; we forgot to put out the garbage, or they missed my house (yes, that’s happened twice !) The wheel fell off a canister or I’ve had an extra bag (very nominal fee). My only wish is that other local utilities were as flexible to work with.
I got a text message from management saying that everyone needs to keep there garbage in the apartment because Hudson is not picking up do to air quality. This is absolutely disgusting. So we can put it outside anywhere ? Is this legal ?
The service has been great. But I went in to pay my bill, and they don’t allow anyone in the office. Stores are open, schools are open, restaurants are open, but the garbage office is closed. Unreal.

It’s funny, I’ve never talked to any of our past disposable companies more than I have this once since we moved out here a few months ago. Everyone is incredibly friendly. We pay about the same as we have in the past but for a larger bin than we had before, with weekly recycle pick up and our yard debris bin. We do appreciate that.

We always appreciate our driver waving to the kids and myself. The highlight of their monday is getting to hear and see the garbage truck come by and wave at our driver. The especially love it when he waves back, as he so often does. It makes for a great start to our schoolweek. 🙂
